Glad to hear it! Those CD30's come with just raw wires do the enormous variety of connectors available. Typically what we do and what we advise customers to do is utilize a cigarette-lighter style plug with butt-crimp connectors to attach to the wires.

@@Ill06Taco We wouldn't go to quite the extreme that is the 4runner sleeper, but we have an idea in mind that would change the orientation of the hinges, which would make the sleeper sit perfectly flat without any supports under

We haven't confirmed this in a 4XE. I suspect there's some differences in the cargo floor when compared to the standard versions?

That's exactly what we intended the system for! Our sleeping platform can be used completely independently of the 2nd row seats. We can do exactly what you described with this. We have even added top-access panels in the sleeper before to help access that storage area underneath when deployed.

@@airdowngearup is there a separate slider for when seats are out? So, the seats-out version is longer with access hatches, and seats-in is shorter with no hatches?

@@paulvarese1405 The seat-delete system does have a longer sleeper, simply because the seats themselves occupy some of the length available inside the vehicle. As for the hatches, you can also add an access hatch to the convertible (seats in) sleeper.

When extended, we fill every inch of length available with the 2nd row seats in place. The platform itself is 68inches long, which nicely supports basically any available sleeping mattress available. We have had great results with the Kammock Ursa Minor sleep system and the Exped megamat line of products.

68" on the standard sliding sleeper shown here. We also have an optional 8" extension flap, but that requires seat bottom removal if you want to flip that extension open. Additionally, we have 73" of length on the 2nd row delete option which is not shown here, but is an existing design we have available for the 5th gen.

@@marktracey3933 Yes, for the less common seat delete system, the seat bottoms AND backs have to come out to get that 73" length. You can do just the 60% or the full width, but the backs and bottoms must come out to use our seat delete system. If a semi-permanent seat delete isn't desirable you can do the more common convertible sleeper with the optional extension flaps which yield a 76" total length. Those extension flaps only require removal of the seat bottoms for either the 60%, 40% or both sides. Also keep in mind that if you're sleeping solo, you can sleep at a slight angle and get plenty of available length.

Not for everyone, if you're looking for cheap that's not us!

Hello! In this particular customers case, they had a somewhat elaborate battery and power management system under the the platform itself (not provided by ADGU) what just about all of our customers do is run their fridges off one of the many available power stations (jackery, ecoflow, wagantech, bluetti, etc), and plug the power station into the vehicle. You can definitely start with the storage drawers and add the CD30 fridge later! You can even swap back and forth, modularity is one of our primary advantages.

Premium is not for everyone. If you are looking for something cheap that's not us!

Drawers are rated for 150 pounds, but we've tested then with nearly double that and no issues. Most people find they are running about 60-70pounds in a drawer (including recovery gear, tools, etc)

Yes to both! Our standard sleeper is split down the middle and joined together with a tie-plate. You can simply remove the plate and use the sleeper as a half-width sleeper. We can also add access panels to the top panels which would allow access to gear in the drawers from inside.

Great question! In one word: shipping! One limitation that a lot of people may not be aware of is many drawer systems utilize large, single piece panels which require freight shipment, which requires liftgate service in residential capacity which can cost ALOT, adding a 'hidden' cost most are not aware of. We split the panels to allow ground shipping and then tie them back together with some aluminum brackets. All of our systems strength comes from the tubular aluminum frame underneath, so we have no compromise in strength doing it this way.

That's a great question but ultimately it is not the same system. For each vehicle we try to maximize the drawer volume as much as possible, and we find that on the 3rd row 4Runners we can get a *little* more volume so we have the system sized for that. We do re-use the same floor cover and anchor bars though! Same sheet metal on the cargo area floor between the GX and 3rd row 4Runner

Total weight of our standard drawer + sleeper system is right about 150 pounds. This entire assembly can be installed/removed as a single unit with 4 turnbuckles.
