    Mali itong luto na ito. Ito yung luto ng laing na lasang dahon. Una hindi ginigisa ang laing at lalo na walang bawang ang laing ayoko ng amoy at lasa ng may bawang na laing. Gata muna ilagay mo kawali at hindi isang baso lang mga tatlo kasi matagal na lutuan yan kasi pinapaiga yung gata nyan hanggang yung amoy ng niyog eh diko maexplain pero ang amoy nya eh yung parang amoy nung nilalagay na brown na niyog sa kutsinta. Pakuluan kasama ang luya at sibuya at tanglad, halo halo palagi kasi magkukurta yung gata pag di mo hinalo. Pagkulo ilagay mo na lahat ng rekado, kahit ano pwede, isda pwede tinapa or prito, pwede din hipon or pusit ilagay paborito ko yan, pero ang pinakamasarap sa mga gata na ganyan ay alimasag, alimango kung meron ka, pero kung walang wala ka kahit hibi pwede na yan, ang importante jan yung gata madami mga dalawang niyog dapat para hindi lasang dahon kundi lasang niyog talaga. Lulutuin mo yan hanggang halos wala ng sabaw at yung dahon nya wala na, parang creamy na lahat, lagyan mo ng maraming sili at tapos ka na. At saka pala, kung maglalagay kayo ng baboy hiwalay na lutuan yun, pacrispyhin nyo sa isang kawali, then ilagay nyo din pagkulo nung gata as rekado. Ang laing dapat simpleng lutuan lang, pagkaing mahirap yan, pagkain ng mga may niyogan sa bukid, pagkain ng mga nasa tabing dagat. Kamoteng kahoy and pinakamasarap na kapartner nyan instead of rice. Yan ang naiimagine ko na kinakain ko yan kung saan ako ay nasa isang simpleng lugar lamang ako dito sa bicol. At yung tanglad tinatanggal yan kapag kakain na, hindi na pinipiga yan, lulutuin yan hanggang sa huli.
