Thanks for your video. I just bought a 2016 RGU and the pump failed ( keeps blowing the fuse). I will make a video on diagnosing on this issue. Your video brought great input to the project. I am confident I can do the job. The only thing i may change is I will use standard hose clamps.

Im having the same problem, temp and Check engine turns on after few minutes of had started on the engine,, but my bike runs well. Could I continue riding it ignoring the lights or have to fix if? I fear damage the engine.

Have the same problem with my 09 bagger the clutch will go soft when the bike gets hot ran into this issue in Sturgis and a few other places replaced fluid same issue hydraulic clutch on a Harley-Davidson is the worst thing they could do looking into putting a cable on it not sure if that's going to happen because I put a reverser on the bike to help with backing up well I think they redesigned it and went back to a cable on the newer bikes not sure though

Clutch fluid should be replaced every 2 years

What's up? I'm a Harley Davidson technician in N. Carolina and I just wanted to point something out to you. I hear what you are saying about the hose around the pump putting heat into the pump. It doesn't matter at all because the hot coolant is circulating through the pump itself which is substantially more heat than the hose on the outside of the pump. The hose is irrelevant.

I have a 2022 tri glide and went from the stock windshield to a 9 inch one but it layed back more and I did not like it because the wind hit me in the face I am only 5’7” tall and I had the stock seat lowered because it had a lump down the center and the upholstery shop said there was a lump I have put the stock windshield back on .Its a shame that HD did not standardize the hole patern in the fairings

I know this is an old one, but I'll share my experience. 1998 Ultra, all as delivered. I'm 5'9''. Hated the factory windshield height, it bothers the heck out of me looking through that wavy plastic. Most definitely out of the wind. Put 6" dark tint wave style (not Klockwerks) on it. It looks great and works fine below 50. After 50, if I'm wearing a legal Bell shorty helmet, the wind catches it and vibrates it, and my head around unbearably. With my skullcap the 6" just catches the top of the helmet at highway speeds ~70mph. Not unbearable, but mildly unpleasant on a longer ride. I'm going 8". I'm sure I'll still be looking over it, and it should take care of the helmet buffeting. Hope this helps someone.

I installed a 14" Klock Werks Sports Flair windshield on my 2015 Road Glide. With the stock seat and suspension the windshield was perfect and sent the wind over the top of my helmet. However when I upgraded to a new Mustang seat and Legend rear shocks, combined it raised me up approximately 3 in higher. I began to experience buffeting on my helmet. Since Klock Werks does not make a windshield taller than 14 in in the sports flair series, I had to replace it with a 15" Freedom Shield. I'm 5'9" tall. I can't be the only one that experience this problem with Klock Werks after the suspension and seat upgrades.

5 of us built the crown of thorns in about 2 months. as far as i know it;s the cross with a crown of thorns. theres a stainless steel flag pole there now. Never imagined the impact it would make.

You don’t have to buy an expensive tool for the 10344 clamps. A cheap $15 cv boot clamp pliers does the same thing. (eBay)
