Arts for the Heart develops and offers dance, movement, and creative arts programs designed to enrich the body, mind, and spiritual well-being of youth in a fun and engaging way. We believe it takes the health and wholeness of all three for youth to be exceptional and live a life of purpose. Arts for the Heart is focused on helping youth grow and develop into all that God has called them to be; Purposed, Prepared and Positioned to rise to their creative greatness.

I have wanted to do this dance ever since I watched Sister Act 2 but don't know how, but then I came across this video, and now I have practiced every day, hoping to perform for Christmas at my church. Thank you for all your teaching! God bless!!

It is confusing how you are backwards and it is like looking at my reflection flipped. If you were back to me so I am not doing the opposite arm / leg that you are doing saying right arm when it is on my left side. it is quite confusing.

samantha wagner. Hey, I found an app called wave pad. It is free...when you download it..you can edit the song and cut out the rap. Hope that helps
