Complete crap, AMD fluid motion frames uses the Frame gen technology to boost your FPS you'll get double the FPS on any game with DirectX 11 or 12 (Good Stuff). FreeSync doesn't boost FPS it just syncs you fps to your monitor leading to less screen tearing but it has drawback of increasing input lag. Scaling mode doesn't matter, if you play CS on 4:3 and don't want Stretched put preserve aspect ratio to get black bars else keep it full panel for stretched.
I Got 40 fps when i turned fluid motion off and much more stable fps when enabled freesync
@@barbossa1529 FreeSync locks FPS to you display native refresh rate it smoothes the frame rate and reduces screen tearing. Never use Fluid motion with FreeSync because frame gen gives you more fps But FreeSync locks it Frame gen will never lower your FPS not sure what you're on about.

@@barbossa1529 check out video about how Fluid motion works, You shouldn't have any sort of fps lock in-game or outside. I'm easily hitting 700+fps with fluid motion and am on 6700XT
The fps generated by fluid motion frames only show on the driver's fps counter, since they're generated outside of the game. Also AMFM is really bad for competitive games since it deactivates for 1 second when there's too much movement, it is only good on story based games.@@barbossa1529

Ye fps really depends on a a lot like the monitor, what cable type u use or what is theresopution, like I had an old 15y old samsung monitor I had 400fps but with my new I have 100
