when i changed the execution policy back to restricted, it said that the setting is overridden by a policy defined at a more specific scope and the shell will retain its current effective execution policy of Unrestricted, any help?

While deleting all bloatware I realised when removing the music app it listed it as Zunemusic. The Zune comes from Microsoft's failed MP3 player

I didn't do the remove appxpackage thing because I might delete the Minecraft and downloading it again takes a lot of time because of poor internet connection.

my debloater keeps getting stuck at 99% creating a system restore point....any way to disable this? I tried to make restore point so the debloater skips it but that didnt work.
