I'm proud to be RTR champion, it's bloody hard work racing and trying to beat you guys, no one makes it easy. @@kevingranturismo Thanks mate. I love St Croix!! I dont know what it is but I always go well there and really enjoy the different layouts there. Seems to suit my driving style. Yeah today is gonna be a looong day. 3 long races!! Can't wait though. I'm sure we will do well in the CTC Cup, just got to try and not make silly mistakes which is so easily done in that 1st race in the wet!!!🤣🤣🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

@@kevingranturismo definitely mate, I know not to go on the curbs on slick tyres🤣!! Yeah St croix in GR4 is my forte!! I love GR1, GR2 amd GR4 but I always seem to struggle with GR3 cars for some reason. I find them unpredictable and haven't got a feel for them. Strange.

@@kevingranturismo Never say never dude, there's still 3 rounds to go and anything could happen. I think Jake will get it, he's absolutely flying at the minute. It's a little frustrating having almost half the season as dropped scores, especially when I have such a decent points lead, as I could end up still losing it after the dropped scores are applied!!! We had a good race though mate, I always enjoy battling with you, that race was literally none stop battling the whole race!!

Definitely a tough night mate. I really struggled with the last 2 combos. Jake is flying at the minute and Valk is always quick too. I've got no doubt you'll be there tonight dude, it was just a difficult night. Tempo smashed the 1st race!!!!

Hi mate. In the league races, it's all random. So for the 3 sprint races on a Thursday we have a wheel spin. 1st race is any GR car, 2nd race is the same then 3rd race is any random road car in the game. On a Sunday feature race, it's done by a wheel spin again, but it's only GR 3 or 4 car then any random track. We only know what we are racing an hour before which adds to the excitement. This race just happened to land on the Audi. Hope you enjoyed the video dude. 👌🏽👊🏽👍🏽

@@FranceK88_ I suddenly lost my internet connection😐 I got so unlucky in Race 1 and 2. Race 3 was better but I was losing pace each lap because of tire wear. I saw you used TC2? I used TC1 which might explain the extra degradation from my side. Good race and battle in the 3rd race mate, I really enjoyed that👌

@@kevingranturismo let's hope so dude. Don't worry, there 6 drop scores, personally I think that's too many as it's almost half the season. I think 3 or 4 max dropped scores would be better.

I agree mate. I didn't think it was allowed that's why I held back too. Its only when I saw Valks pole lap I thought yeah, they were definitely bump drafting!!🤣🤣 Unfortunately it's the nature of this race. Tactics play a huge part and if people are battling rather than working together then it can get very frustrating. I tried to race tactically by not fighting and losing time, like you said when you are on your own, its mentally a tough race. It's a shame you couldn't get to the front group as the top 5 worked together all race. Look forward to racing with you tomorrow mate. 👍🏽👌🏽

Me too mate, adrenaline was pumping and I was looking forward to the battle for the lead!! Couldn't believe it when the screen just went black🤣🤣🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ nonetheless it was a cracking race. I was holding back quite a bit in that race as I didn't want to make a silly mistake and end up losing touch with the cars in front. I managed to stay consistent and not get any penalties for the whole race which ended up serving me well. Looking forward to racing with you tomorrow night. Still need to get quicker though!!

Depends which way you look at it!! I was mentally drained after 50 minutes at Dragon tail!!!🤣 Wasn't sure about the rolling start. I prefer grid starts, gives you more opportunity at the start. There was some great action though. Lap 12 was amazing, the 3 car incident!!!

@@FranceK88_ rolling start’s been implemented to the standard races to try calm down the T1 chaos and make the qualifying positions be worth more, it’s, as with all changes, going to be monitored over the season to see if it’s a success or not! 🫶🏼

Rolling starts definitely helps if you have a good qualy position but on the flip side, it doesn't help if you shafted your qualy, like I did!!🤣🤣 I love the chaos at the start!!!

Hi mate. It's a league race for the team I race for, RTR Racing. I was asked to join the team when I raced the team founder on one of the daily races. Depending on your racing level, there are a few teams on GT7. If you race against a team member in a daily race you can always private message them to find out more info. Hope that helps mate. Sometimes you have to be in the right place at the right time. You were unlucky with your crash too. I think it would have been closer at the start if it wasn't a rolling start. Grid starts are so much better. Congrats on your podium dude.
