    I improved my hair by doing these: Including more and more vitaminC in form of lemon, orange, kiwi, 7-8 hrs of adequate sleep everyday, have nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts in limited, you can also eat fish like salmon. Exercise at least 30 mins everyday. Using natural oil, neem wood comb, scalp massager by Littleextra Cooconion two times a week. All this is good for hair fall control.

    • @jimjones6901
      @jimjones6901 Před 11 měsíci

      @skyejacques you realize that pharmaceutical drugs just isolate whatever is found to be effective in your natural medicine, right? There is likely one particular active ingredient found in whatever natural medicine you claim to be effective, so pharmaceutical companies will isolate that active ingredient and put it into a different format (such as pills, nasal spray, liquid medicine, etc.). In other words, it's the same thing except it's more standardized and probably safer and more effective as a result.

    None of them - your body will rely on these money pits. Ruins your immune response to the allergen and makes you rely on them.

  • @NatureWatersProductions

    I’m sorry but Zyrtec takes forever to kick in, And sometimes it doesn’t even work at all. Clarintin works but takes forever to kick in, By the time it does, I’m already done for the day. 😒 Allegra USE to work, Now it has failed me. Benadryl works great! But of course it knocks you out. Soooooo season allergies are just here to stay, There’s so way of getting ride of them, So just ride the storm 😭

  • @theunholybanana4745

    Btw there are 3 different types of benadryl, pink one is the drowsy one with the long name, blue one is acrivastine which is non-drowsy and pretty good, and yellow which is cetrizine
