What if they have blast reduction but don't achieve CRI after cycle 1, would you postpone cycle 2 start starting day 29 if neutropenic?

Do patients stay on Ven/aza indefinitely or do you stop when blasts are less than 5%. How long do they need to be on ven/aza?

I have read that it is under investigation for treatment of PCTL NOS and Transformed Mycosis Fungoides but not yet approved for those disorders.

Thanks for this - I'm newly (6 months now) diagnosed, my head was spinning with all the choices, I am on the verge of doing a CAR_T clinical trial. I'm re-thinking that now. I'm leaning towards just maintenance Rev, or maybe dara Rev. I saw this and your video with Vinay Prasad in the nick of time (CAR-T in 2 weeks)!

Not a doctor but I love this stuff. One thing I'm curious about is the ability to follow up on drop-outs. If using death records, wouldn't this create a bias toward negative outcomes?
