Yer Blues - The Dirty Mac Remastered HD Blocked Worldwide Since 2018 to 2022
This VIDEO was BLOCKED WORLDWIDE since 2018 until sometime Aug 2022. The Dirty Mac were a one-time English supergroup consisting of John Lennon, Eric Clapton, Keith Richards and Mitch Mitchell that Lennon put together for the Rolling Stones' TV special titled The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus. Recorded on 11 December 1968, this was the first time since the formation of the Beatles that Lennon, who was still in the group, had performed in public without them, and the first time he had performed live since the Beatles' last tour ended in August 1966. Before the performance, Lennon was filmed briefly chatting with Mick Jagger while eating a bowl of noodles. He listed the other members of the Dirty Mac by their proper names but introduced himself as "Winston Leg-Thigh".
The Dirty Mac recorded a rendition of the Lennon-penned Beatles track "Yer Blues". The name, thought of by Lennon, was a play on "Fleetwood Mac" who at that time were a very popular band in the United Kingdom. When asked what type of guitar amp Lennon would like to use for the performance his answer was "One that plays".
In 1996, The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus, the album of the event, was issued, concurrently with a home video of the event. The DVD issue followed in 2004.

I remember having a conversation with a dude at a bar about 15 or so years ago about the blues greats, and we were particularly disagreeing about my putting Jimi in the same group with guys like Big Bill Broonzy, John Lee Hooker, Muddy Waters, Lightnin' Hopkints, etc......... Suffice to say, I think this video MORE THAN proves my point.
The Thought of him recording an acoustic album of his work and whatever he wants is interesting and mind-blowing.
This video is the one for me that shows the mastery of the instrument by Jimi...the way be moves his hand around the sound hole to accentuate the notes played...you see all of these videos of him freaking out with distortion and feedback but for me this video really show us Jimi's mastery of the guitar.....🎸🎸🎸
