Go to Harbor freight tool to get the condensate pump. They are around $60
Great ending, "until someday". I really liked that one.
Cushions and pillows look great. Also, a big proponent of the 303 products. The aerospace is great on the strataglass and we use the products on biminis to keep the waterproofing. Will have to give the products you used a try too! Glad you made it back safe.

Grew up on the water. Love to hunt and fish. However, I do not think my wife shares my love for the water like I do, plus at 74, I cannot do the things I used to do like I used to do them. I did binge on your trips though and totally enjoyed them. On the first episode I watched, I noticed something that piqued my interest. Shawn's concealed handgun. I have had a concealed handgun license in the State of Texas for almost 20 years now but do not like carrying concealed outside the state because I am not that familiar with their respective laws. Did Shawn (I hope I am spelling that correctly) carry his handgun when you guys left they boat in other states? I have a buddy that bought a 38-foot Cris Craft with twin 454 gas engines. Powerful yes, put very prone to breakdowns. Had it harbored in Kemah (very nice marina and I have forgotten its name) and he and his wife would go down on weekends and spend the night moored up with shore power and all the amenities of Nassau / Clear Lake. He called me when he wanted to go offshore. One time we went to Galveston Yacht club and then to the closest rigs in the gulf to fish. We caught our limit of king fish but one engine quit on the return back trip. Took all day to come in (luckily for us good weather). After he got a phone call from the marina telling him that his boat was sinking (bilge pumps did now work), and rushing from Spring Texas to Kemah, renting a commercial grade submersible pump and pumping out the boat, he decided his boating days were over. As I stated earlier, I am only a voyeur now, old age has done its number on me. Can't hunt or fish anymore and my stability is such that I think I would fall overboard on a cruise ship. However, I still carry my Glock 34 that I used to shoot in competition with, every day (concealed of course) You guys did it right, careful planning with backups for the important stuff. @charlesbest5157 Thank you for the comment. It was very interesting. There are so many great stories in boating. Even the bad ones are good at a later time. I carry a hand gun every where I go. Before we left for Florida I checked to see the carry laws in those states. We are doing a short trip to corpus Christi this year and back to Florida next year. We have met so many nice people boating and that encourages us to boat even more.

@@adventuresofsomeday2194 We had lunch there today. I know you guys dine there sometimes so when I ordered the hibiscus I thought about you. We have a boat at Watergate so we spend time at Opus. It is definitely our go to in the evening because our boat is just a few steps from the restaurant. Would love to meet up with you guys next time we are down. You two have a great weekend!

Really like your yellow jeep. Seeing Sean on his hands and knees in the hot engine room is why any yacht I buy will have a stand-up, walk around engine room. The grandkids were so excited to be on the boat. You gotta love it.

@@adventuresofsomeday2194 At 9:26 she is in the dockage across from the marina you are in. I think they are private docks. Maybe not but we always thought they belonged to the condos or apartments. On AIS she is still listed as Mad Boz and she pops up on the AIS websites. Maybe if you guys do the dinghy tour you can grab a better video. She was a 2004 Cruiser Yachts 450. We always say we want to go down there and look at her again. But it would probably be depressing for me. Great boat. Have a great day and keep up the cool videos.

I did recognize the Bayou Blue Pontoon Bridge, we fish catfish right there. Also just before the bridge was company canal, that leads to Lockport, LA. I live about 10 minutes from there and fish back there often as well.
I've been watched yall whole trip up to this point. I'm from Houma, LA. You should consider putting your trip on aa Playlist so people viewing it can watch straight through.

Do you know of any intercoastal waterway groups on Facebook?. I found a great loop group but that’s not what the plan is. My wife thought the boating around idea was pretty far-fetched until I started watching some of your videos while we were driving back from a vacation and she kept asking me to show her the phone and now I feel like she is coming aboard.
@JasonSokora-qf1qn I sure hope she is excited about the boating life! We are not in any of those groups. But we are in a local marina group here in league city, they do trips together and workshops. The marina usually have a fb group and you will meet people and get ideas and stuff thru that. I hope this helps you guys. What state are you in? What area of water are you going to be in?
We are in north Texas. We have been to Kemah a couple times but spend most of our beach time in Galveston. The dream is to get a boat and dock it in Galveston and be able to possibly Airbnb it out. Then also be able to have a getaway. The cruising would be pretty much the same path yall took. Our youngest leaves in 3 weeks for college so we will be empty nesters.

I had problems with David's canvas behind the pawn shop in Kemah. They kept loosing our quote and never returned our calls.

Wow, guys good deal on getting the canvas fixed so fast. Can Do Canvas has been working over a year and four months making us a full enclosure for the top and bottom and all we've gotten is two bimini's so far. Who did your work please!
