Damn it hurt my cheeks so much it started to have blister on the back and it had developed into node 😢 I was just trying to fix it until I can get ahold of orthos and they never do, 3 effing locations and none will ever do and then my dentist cancelled on me so I have no choice but to cut wire myself. The wire is thick, it bent the first thing I used, so I went to Walmart and bought a pliers and sanitize that shit. And then just hope for the best, to my relief it was so close and there’s no wire poking at all

I use that and mine include an expander in both palates in the upper one and the bottom one, the twin blocks they put them on me 1 year and 3 months ago without the top expander but if with the bottom one and I have 1 year and 4 months away and the top expander they gave it to me 8 months ago and I'm missing 1 year and 9 months because what happens is that my lower palate was super small and I had all the teeth on top and the two canines I had them super down in addition to the fact that I had the lower jaw 22 mm behind the upper one then first they had to expand a little the lower palate and then the upper one
