Man, It's a good thing you had tose off road tires...whew that was close.
I've had this bike in my cart for a while, due to your reviews, I'm thinking of going ahead and buying it. I was concerned about the range because I think the ride around the lake that I plan on doing is about that long. As long as I'm going to make it back, I'm fine with it because I plan on doing a morning ride, recharging and then doing an evening ride.

After an extensive search online of numerous brands of simular design and comparable price, this is the bike I'll be ordering soon for myself. It has the best features and quality of all that I researched. I can't wait to get one.....the hardest part will be deciding on which color!
We sound very similar in the sense that I did a significant amount of research as well. I'm excited to hear what color you decide on!

My M2 is a beast. It climbs very well. It is balanced very well and my battery life is better than i expected being a lower ah battery. I did install the dual battyery balancer from electric all wheel whick was super easy. I added a 48v 20ah battery. I like using throttle more than pedaling.

@goodcallpaul6374 yeah the balancer is around $70 for the 40amp. It's super worth it. The battery on the other hand will hurt the pocket but again, it's worth it. We rode 18 miles earlier today and my battery level is still full on my screen.
@goodcallpaul6374 I just seen the exact same battery balancer on ebay "new" between 26$ and 33$ !!!! Lol. I thought electric all wheel sold their own but here ebay has the same part number and all. Oh well, it was very well worth it plus electric all wheel deserved my business for their support and effort to provide prompt answers.
That's a great deal! I would rather buy from a reputable seller as well. I've had bad luck on occasion buying on Ebay. Did you buy one of the Hailong batteries from ElectricAllWheel?
@goodcallpaul6374 no I just bought the balancer and extension cables. The battery I bought through Walmart but is hailong. I do have a 48v 20ah brick from temu and I have been swapping from one to the other. I'm basically waiting for my wife to say she wants dual battery on her Aipas A2 so I will be ready I guess.
a fun looking ebike iam testing [bought it] a favoto ebike thats been a fun ride, ez maint as well. this ebike I was wondering the right pronunciation for it. I see the name and remember the saying about a raped Ape - lol like the Fuqure(?) still only hear one thing when I see that name [family channel - so I can only image ;) ] cool an Eyepass that sounds like a good one & I see tey list it as a 1500 watt motor. Im guessing that peak wattage? would you know what the nominal wattage is? my ebikes are 750 watt with a 1000 peak output [site advertised] the step thru I like the best :) [I have a step over & a step thru] both 750 watt hub motors that do ok. I look at your ebike & Im liking it too [yeah Im looking at adding another. why(?) just because lol] I like the 26X4 fat tires and thinking of another ebike to set up for logging road use nice channel :)
Thanks for sharing! You are correct that it is 1500w peak power. I thought I read somewhere that it is a 1000w motor but can't find where I saw that. This is my first fat tire bike and I definitely enjoy the smoother ride compared to skinnier tires.
@@goodcallpaul6374 me too as Im surprised that I like them better too. course most of my riding is on gravel/dirt roads my ebikes are 750 watt & 1000 peak.

I can only confirm that the peak is 1500w. I couldn't find documented what the nominal wattage is rated at. Sorry.
How is the range realistically & how quick do those higher modes drain it
Great question! I just took the bike out for a 14 mile ride all on pedal assist 3, no throttle. Started out at 53.6 volts and ended at 50.9. From what I've understood this equates to the battery having 75% remaining. The battery bar on the bike was still showing 100% but I know that isn't accurate. I'll post a video on this soon and will also test the range on PAS 4 and/or 5.

Check out Scott Hardesty's review. He tests the range pretty well
He does have a great video testing the range on these bikes. I'll hopefully have a video out soon on my results. It has been so hot here (and windy where I normally ride) that it has been difficult to find a somewhat comfortable day to ride.
After ordering how long did it take to be delivered? Ordered 2 a couple days ago for my wife and I.
I ordered mine on 5/27, the label was created on 5/30, and received the bike on 6/4. I kept watching the FedEx app for updates.
