    All your suggestions will just lead to home brewing and bootleg liquor as history shows. You don’t talk about other drugs either like Meth. This preachy method has been shown to fail in the past and the causes have to be removed and comes with allowing people to control and determine what is good for their own communities. That has never happened.

    This thinking, to which I was introduced in 2018, has been nothing short of transformational for me; I regret that it still struggles to be heard in the din of Evidence Based Policy but we must carry on trying!
