Do we really want anyone from California in the White House? Besides her partners in politics has any one of substance actually endorsed her? Elon Musk has always remained neutral in politics. From the past (4) years of President Biden’s administration and now Kamala Harris Elon understands what’s happened in California. Elon feels so strongly about his opposition to Kamala he’s endorsed a candidate he has clearly stated he was not in his favor. Elon had even moved business out of the state. Results matter. NO ONE FROM THAT STATE SHOULD BE ELECTED TO A HIGH EXECUTIVE OFFICE. I look at results and that state is a mess. Republicans will talk about how great the economy was under Trump. Was it that good? I saw a lot of businesses consolidating and tightening up under Trump. When you’ve been with an employer under multiple presidents you take notice of the companies economic decisions & it’ll tell you a lot about the policies of your home state as well as the federal government. Especially when they are funded by the state and the federal government. Trump gets a pass due to Covid. Why? He let Dr. Falsely close down our country and he went to Florida to Maro Lago or whatever it’s called and kept his own freedom. People say this wouldn’t happen under Trump and we’ve lost respect around the world militarily yet he was controlled by a 5’2” corrupt doctor. So I need Americans to truly wake up. Thanks, Bro Ron, for promoting the devasting act against the historical marker in honor of the United States Colored Troops, Civilians and Unions solders that fought during the Fort Pillow Massacre of 1864. The soldiers helped to fight to end slavery. When they raised up the white surrender flag to give up, they were brutally killed and many buried alive in a mass grave in Fort Pillow Tennessee. Their remains that created 109 graves are currently in the Memphis National Cemetery. After their massacre, the remaining soldiers created the battle cry "Remember Fort Pillow" because they knew if they were in a similar situation where they had got caught by the Confederate soldiers to fight to the end because they would be treated in the same manner. I did not know of the Fort Pillow massacre until 2016 through one of my fellow ASALH members in Atlanta when he told me about the Massacre and how it was not balance as it related to the United States Colored Troops and Union soldier but more toward Confererate soldiers. I told the incident to my local members of ASALH. It was not until the local ASALH members of Memphis went on a trekking event to see for ourselves. Because I lost my glasses, I had opportunity to speak with the welcoming agent he told me that their remains were buried in the Memphis National Cemetery. In 2017 we gave them their first military service in the form of National Fort Pillow Massacre Wreath Laying Ceremony. In 2019, after I had visited the Whitney Plantation (December 2018), I was encouraged by the Holy Spirit to give them their first Christian Burial Service to allow their spirit to be placed at rest. This was an awesome experience. Toward the end of the ceremony the Train started blowing it whistle and I could see their spirits descending in the air. I could also feel an overwhelming feeling of peace. I knew then that they had been freed and was at rest. The 60's was an important error because we knew our self-worth and was willing to achieve it. My son, Bro Ron was a mentee of the late Dick Gregory and one of the things I can remember saying that when we as Black people were successful in getting the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Gregory stated that they had a meeting to find out what made the movement successful. They concluded it was the Black Businesses. They decided that they would do divide and conquer and get rid of Black Businesses so that they would be unable to fund anything in this manner. It is my hope that we will finally realize that we are the only culture that does not know their true history and how powerful we are. It is time to open our eyes and come together and start being the village we used to be. What happens to one of us impacts all of us. We need laws and legislation that allows us to get the freedoms we don't experience today. Marches are okay, but it does not get things in black and white that will have power in what we want. I end with saying that Bro Ron is one of the best keepers of our history and he has been many years before his time.
