First Time through Hell's Gate
This is our first time doing the Hell's Gate obstacle on Hell's Revenge. In fact It's Joyce's first time ever spotting me on a major obstacle. She did a great job considering the stress of all that could go wrong.

I was returned the Jeep when the service center could not reproduce the problem. This was approx 76 miles later. The service center has returned the Jeep to me three times saying they fixed it. Each time this exact same problem happens and clearly is not fixed.

Tracking down old fairview lookout tower location. We discovered after hiking up the ridge that there was a slightly easier route leaving. They created a cat trail in order to move the lookout tower to Mt. Scott in 1976 where it stood until tragically being burned down in the 2020 forest fires. The tower was originally constructed in 1956. The original site in this video was burned in the 2020 ...

Thanks for asking about it. It's still moving along. We are in central Oregon. I've got the mustang's paint almost completely stripped. Planning to paint by August. Should be running by early winter and ready by next summer.

Started gliding this year, when I got my GPL and hopefully a PPL in a few years I want to explore North America. But my club's airstrip in Germany is pretty cool too, as we are located on a hill and have a huge bump on our runway; free STOL training 😉

One of the great aircraft of our times the Cessna 180
I grew up with a pilot like this, his airfield crossed our property so all I had to do was walk to the garden to watch a variety of aircraft coming and going on his dirt strip, I would routinely be woken by the Cessna firing up and almost quicker than I could get to the runway, climbing out over the small holdings - this strip is nothing for the bug squasher
