For me when I watch these films i just completely ignore the human sections because of how bad they are, but here's my list Godzilla (2014) KOTM GvK Kong skull island GxK First movie is unquestionably the best, i really love what they did with godzilla in kotm and ghidorah is the best villain yet, Gvk was fun and solid, kong was also decent, but i didnt enjoy the latest movie as much as id hoped I would. The action was great but it bordered on stupidity at times when godzilla was doing wwe moves and tag teaming with kong...... a bit disappointing

What about Godzilla minus one, even if it's non canon?

Even DreamWorks doesn’t believe in the sequel

Well, when I saw the movie trailer last summer, I inmediately knew this would be a great movie. It should came out in The Netherlands on September 7th, but in the end it only was Octber 5th. Since then, I saw this masterpiece 37 times in cinema. Well spend time, if you ask me! I like the review. It is all true.

I have seen this movie more than ten times, on Showtime, and plan to see it again in the future. The bond between the Past Lives and Now Lives, is incredible. The three main characters are all wonderful. As an African American woman, empathy was easy. Some of discussions between the characters, I have never, ever, seen in a movie. Yes, there will be tears. I just subscribed. I wish I had found you earlier.

We COULD have gotten Megamind 2, if you, and your fellow internet thugs, had not jumped on this specific show, and not the DOZEN others Dreamworks have made just like it, because you saw it on Twitter or TikTok. I don't give about what you could say on this trend-hopping video, because for starters, all complaints about this literal direct to streaming movie are either false, ignorant, or just straight up braindead Let me give you a little trip through history. Dreamworks has been producing shows and specials of subpar quality for over a DECADE. Over. A. Decade. Of shows that obviously can not be made with the same budget as theatrical movies. Right? It is OBVIOUS that these productions do not reach the level of quality that full on theatrical, million dollar films. So yeah, it looks worse than the main movie, the animation has less dedication. Because it is made like that. On purpose. It's literally a fact, you can not complain when that was the whole intention. Kung Fu Panda, How To Train Your Dragon, Madagascar, Boss Baby, Croods, Puss in Boots, The Bad Guys, Monsters Vs Aliens, Home, Captain Underpants, Abominable, ALL of them had the same kind of treatment. All of them either beloved, successful, or both, and they all got shows with basic writing, worse visuals, worse animation. But no, because Twitter made it a trend, let's all either pretend that all these didn't exist, or just be fucking stupid enough to not have spotted a pattern. That's the only reason why the Megamind show is getting jumped, and not the countless others that the Dreamworks TV division (by the way, COMPLETELY fucking different from the movie division) has made. Because it is trendy. Because people on TikTok and Twitter used it as the latest hate trend. That is it. There is no reason that holds up to hate on these 2 Megamind continuations. Because they are a show and a direct-to-streaming movie. Which is not even Megamind 2. It's literally not even called that. You are complaining about problems that are only in your head. Megamind was a financial FAILURE. It literally cause Dreamworks to shift gears on how it tackled new movies. THAT'S how bad it performed. THAT'S why it never got any further attention. Lately, Dreamworks went through another change in directions, with a clear explicitly stated focus on revitalizing old IPs. Thus, we got The Last Wish, Kung Fu Panda 4, and we are getting a new Madagascar and new Shrek. Connect the dots. Giving the standard Dreamworks show to Megamind? They gave it A CHANCE. For the first time EVER. They were clearly willing to explore the possibility of giving us more Megamind, which could have easily lead up to Megamind 2 being made. And here you are. You, and the rest of the hive minded, terminally online, ignorant or negligent thugs that can not think for themselves and see the clear as day reasons why this movie is made like it is, and what it means. You can't see that it is a direct-to-streaming movie, with a show like Dreamworks has done with its best IPs, that having the first Megamind content in 14 fucking years is nothing but GREAT news. All you had to do is let this be. Is not watch something not made for you, expecting something that it. Was. NEVER. Supposed. To be. So yeah, thanks for contributing to that. This gets me emotional, because this fucking mentality of going with the flow, going with words, never caring to check whether any of it is true, or means anything other than just pretty words, ruins the world for real. I acknowledge it. That does not make any of what I said false. Everything I presented is true information, verifiable in mere seconds. If none of this gives you pause, or makes you reconsider your stance, make you realize that your perspective about all this is not only immaturely wrong, but also it is not even a perspective you made for yourself, and instead took it from social media, then you are so clearly not doing "reviews" because you care about good judgements and good faiths, and your videos are just made out of spite, instead of to actually analyze media. You are making these videos because you are self righteous, and value your own thoughts more than making something of benefit or contribution to people's lives.

Most good cartoons don't have to be aimed at only one age group, it doesn't have to condescend to a viewer just because they are young. I look back at the concepts in the 90s Batman Animated series, jokes in shows like Dexter's Laboratory, and they were pretty sophisticated and could entertain a wide audience.

How can Dreamworks make a phenomenally unique sequel for Puss in Boots a decade later, but not put that much care into Megamind??? After coming across the strongly disliked and criticized trailers for Madame Web and Megamind versus The Doom Syndicate, I finally mustered up the right pair of words to describe these cheaper, low-effort cash-grab sequels that never needed to be made and were just direct-to-video or direct-to-streaming, and even newer adaptations of IPs that nobody is interested in watching because of how lame it already looks in the trailer. Lazy and unambitious! Movie creations that were only made as an afterthought. Not because a director or writer that works at the film studio had a new idea or a new story to tell, and not even to make more money from a once-popular property, but only to desperately remind a new generation of audiences that these obscure properties even still exist. Before I even saw the full Megamind movie for myself, I once came across the Megamind's tie-in short film The Button of Doom when it aired on Nickelodeon one time, and guess what? That 15-minute short was a much better Megamind sequel back in 2011, than what we have now with The Doom Syndicate in 2024! February 20, 2024, 2:02am

Edit: Overall, I liked how interesting the film is, but I didn’t like the goodbyes throughout the film, which gives the film its name Past Lives. If you think about it, at the end of the film, mostly all the characters are kinda miserable minus the guy from Seoul because he found a sense of closing the door to be peaceful. But at the same time, he’s not with his first love. The 3 characters felt they were missing out on something. I liked the acting, camera work, character development, and the last scene which is super super refreshing in this age of films. And since I’m studying Korean language myself, I didn’t like how the husband knew little Korean. That’s just me. Also didn’t like in the opening scene of the people just guessing how the 3 characters know each other because their assumptions were kinda racist.

Randomly stumbled upon this video and yea I definitely can relate. I’ve struggled with the same problem but just know that it’s a skill like any other. You get better at it the more you do it. I’ve definitely gotten better over the years. You got this.

I liked Killers of the Flower Moon a bit more than you, but agree with everything you said! As for other Scorsese films, drop everything and watch Goodfellas as soon as possible! 100% different feel and takes no getting used to at all. Genius storytelling and so well done on every level. I predict you’ll be hooked in the first five minutes and by the end, it will be an all-time favorite.

such a lovely movie! I watched it last night and I'm low key obsessed. it's truly an anti rom com, where the ending is real and relatable and very reflective of how the ways in which we perceive "love" and "romance" change over time. and yes, this movie absolutely snuck up on me too and just whacked me upside the head with emotions. I don't even know what I was feeling, there was just a lot lol
