It's getting so bad with home prices because not even the locals can afford to live here. I got lucky and bought a house right before the market started to go up again.

The St George Marathon, Iron Man, and the World Senior Games have brought many people here because they come and compete and then love the area so much and then they decide to move here.

I was born and raised here. My family has lived in southern Utah since the 1860's. I don't like how much this area is growing. We don't have enough water for this many people. Families can't afford to live here now because houses are so expensive and the cost of living has increased compared to the wages people make. You two must be realtors? Trying to drum up business???

Looking at the picture from above, it's a terrible location for a house that an asking price is $ 7,000,000. It's not worth it! Much nicer homes are available for less than half, with better views.🤮

As always Nick and Michon, thank you for the informative video with the touches of humor. Since this is unfinished, I was curious about the back yard area because it clearly showed there were large rocks which looked almost as if they could be a retaining wall. One of the greatest aesthetics of Hurricane, other than the views, is the natural stone and if I was looking at new construction like this I would want to use some of the rocks for zero water landscaping. Nice lot, nice open plan and nice price point... as much as I enjoyed the palatial Parade of Homes tour, I could see myself calling that home.
