Finally got the corvette in good shape and decided we needed to have some fun before it broke again. Well that didn't last long after a couple donuts and burnouts she decided to have some problems. Stay tuned with us as we sing the car and then send her on a tow truck to The Shop Inc for some repairs.

What engine what miles and how much did u get it for.. I'm looking for an LS7 2009 or newer under 20k
08 Z06, ls7, 44k miles, paid 30,000. With some cosmetic issues, in 2 months of ownership I have had to rebuild the steering shaft, new intake, retune, and unfortunately new clutch. Been in the shop for 4 weeks. Good luck finding one for $20k, I hope the best for you on your journey buying one.

If you want to squeeze a few more HP out of your car, get with ironmaskairflow. He can get yours and intake manifold right where you want to be.
You will love that 500 hp for about a week, then you will want more! Lemme know when you are ready to go big as i may be selling my f1x setup to go turbo. F1x can get you into the 1200 to 1400 rwhp range. Good times
Maybe eventually, the car has a long way to go before everything is dialed in and she is ready for some power. I want this to be a drivers car and put a ton of miles on it so any more than about 650 Im not super interested in for the next couple years.

Be patient in your search, you can find a could car for a decent price if you are patient. Love the Z because of the looks but my LS2 was an amazing car and it was just as much fun. Good luck with the search! keep saving, nothing pays off more than saving and working hard.
Get a Z. I’ve had 5 of them and 1 base model. Base feels like poopy and soft while Z06 feels solid and planted. Save up and get one

Hopefully you won't find out that the coating on some of the Ti rods wore off. In short, this gradually destroys everything inside the engine. Get an oil analysis done.

Yeah, I guess you're right. Oil analysis would be a waste of money. Wait until it spins a bearing and you'll know for sure. LS7s practically grow on trees anyway.

You bought a car with some problems...sorry. I guess that's why the price was good. The modules have been a pain since the later C4s. Hope you get everything sorted out.
I knew it had some but a lot was hidden. So now the search to go through and figure them all out.

usually fires right up as long as all the gas hasn't leaked out
