    If you are constipated. First, drink 1-2 glasses of hot water (for pregnant women, just warm water). Then, with your fingers, grasp the anal area between your buttocks while standing, and press several times as if you are pressing buttons on a remote. Press firmly, then wait for 10-15 minutes. When you feel churning in your stomach, it means everything is ok, it means water has entered the exit hole. Then, drink 1 glass again, but this time go to the toilet. Again, standing, repeat the same thing with your fingers in the anal area. Press until you feel a strong urge to defecate. When you feel a strong urge, immediately sit on the toilet. (And quit smoking and drinking alcohol.)

    Urolift completely and permanently destroyed my life !!!! Now I am faced with my new urologist wanting to do another surgery (greenlight) to correct to the botched UROLIFT procedure. I am told I would have to self catheterize everyday possible for the rest of my life. My symptoms now are WORSE than before Urolift.     Rs. 3 Lakh de kar Dr. Ashwin kyu khud nahi karte operation ? Kya Dr. Ashwin sirf foreigners ka hi operation khud karte hai k indian patients ka bhi karte hai ? Maine bohat reddit kiya and online padha....Dr. Ashwin jyada foreign patients ka hi surgery khud karte hai apne pune clinic mein.
