I had a 24 hour flu and woke up with an alarmingly painful stomachache. I let out a 3 second fart and that relieved it. Can we take a moment to appreciate this guy's pain tolerance by being willing to wait until he gets in front of a camera? He has to be in agony to hold in some of those farts.
