FCCPT and CGFNS are 2 different companies. They don't share info nor documents. So if you're going to use other company you have to submit new set of documents as well as your school.

When FCCPTs credentialing is done usually it takes 12 weeks or if you want to start now but bear in mind you have 1 year to complete all requirements and if you didn't submit them all in one year you have to pay again to apply.

If you want to be sure what your deficiencies, ECR is the best way to do that.

FCCPT will keep your documents for life. They'll use what they have unless they need more. They'll let you know.

It is best to ask FCCPT for that. I have no idea what their specific policy for CLEP credits.

It is rare that an employer will petition anyone without USPT license because it is risky for them. It is best and you will be prioritized if you are already licensed.

I don't think you'll pass ECR having 4 year course so you can't take NPTE in the first place.

@@JustUpright ECR accepts the 4yr course po, as long as no deficits. This is based from a friend who underwent ECR credentialing he is eligible for npte once subject deficits are taken

What state? Because even NY doesn't allow any 4 year BSPT.

It is both for credentialing and for Healthcare Worker Certificate but NY has exclusive credentialing called FCCPT NY that is needed for NY.

Does this mean doc that I can take the npte in other states (except NY) like connecticut for example given that other docs are satisfied with only Type 1 immigration credentials? Like I dont have to take ECR then take npte, go home then apply for type 1 again. Thank you doc

Hello. Please email FCCPT that you do not have license. They have exceptions for that for certain countries. If you do not have license, then you do not have to submit the form.

Tape photo means as it says. They have a guide in their form what size and type of photo and you literally have to tape it on the form. Follow instructions as it is written on the form.

As long as it is Master in physical therapy. You have to undergo credentialing to know if your education is acceptable compared to US standard.

They have Master’s for PT in NY? What school? If you finished master's degree in PT, yes you can apply for FCCPT Type 1 review for immigration. But if you plan to practice in NY, you need FCCPT New York then later Visa Screen Certificate from CGFNS.

I'm not a lawyer. But what I know is that you can't work as PT without working or immigrant visa. Without those visa you can't use limited permit to work.

It depends on the state you're applying. They don't require IELTS but some states require TOEFL

You need to do another credentialing if it has been that long. The coursework tool has been upgraded to CWT6.
