It's a shame and disgrace from the time the Civil Rights Action Team, which I was part of, wrote for the first time by government employees that there was systemic racism and unfairness in the delivery of farm programs. The CRAT report written in 1997 in excruciating detail outlined how the racist in USDA regional and field offices denied farm benefits to Black farmers. I left one of the listening sessions in Georgia and was ashamed to be part of such a racist organization. USDA was not called the "last plantation" for nothing. Here we are 25 years later and Black framers are still being screwed. It is disgusting, shameful and is more proof that America is a racist/white supremacy nation. It was founded on slavery and became the richest nation in the world because of slavery. They teach in the schools about American Exceptionalism which is pure unadulterated bull shit!
