Axial movement after complete assembly of whole parts You should check it to guarantee complete gearmesh

God I hate the 806 and 801. If it's oil mist they never change oil. And if it's grease they never grease them. Everytime they come to my shop they are destroyed. The bearing box at least.

0.03 run out & 0.15 axial play
Only issue I see is that this will "screw" the oil down to one end. Would it be possible to cut a "left hand" groove across the first one to equalise distribution?
Ok, it's used for a vertical pump (wet shaft configuration) so the mentioned machining technique used

Check distance between two hups Check two hups condition and replace it if needed Check turbine end play Chech rubber parts storage conditions (cold room for rubber parts is a must)
@@mechanicalengineering2495 for measurements range tolerance normal, and then for rubber any type element rubber special using bro ?? cause i'm using normal rubber, in normal operation turbine a temp 85-90 degC
