Both values on my carb wont open up. I only have one value opening up.

The rubber o-ring is to seal the fitting. It's a straight thread (NPS). The other fitting that you have is a tapered thread (NPT). The straight thread seals using the o-ring, where the tapered thread seals on the threads as you tighten it. Using an NPT fitting is not what you're supposed to use, but it works 99.99% of the time without issue....

Doing mine this week. Had a hard time finding Rotela T6. For the pin change. ? What did you use for Hydraulic fluid. I’m looking for a synthetic. Royal Purple. But they only sell it in 55 gallon barrels.

How did you fix the flames coming out of the carb? my 02 Kawasaki 650 prairie is doing the same thing were it is backfiring and plowing flames out the carb.

Nice video. I have watched several other videos on the 50 Hr. maintenance, getting prepared for my 50 hr. on my CK3510SE. Yours did not seem to leak a lot of hydraulic fluid when removing the filter, but other videos seem to have leaked a whole lot more fluid (quarts). My question is, it looks like the hydraulic/transmission casing has a drain plug at the bottom of the casing? If in fact it is a drain plug, could it not be cleaned up around the plug, then loosened to bleed off some of the hydraulic fluid in a clean container, and then re-used to return to the system? The manual even states there is a drain plug. Although the location is not what I see on my tractor. Just trying to avoid a mess. I have seen others using shop vacuums and pumps to remove an amount of fluid. B. Regards JM

I have one and I’ve taken the bolts off the top grate. Not a huge fan because over time they won’t set as well I’m sure. Great working machine, I need to pull my bottom plate out lol

I recommend putting your spinner up higher with the bracket hand screws. I bought a handful more and I have 3 on each side. When I did 2 on each one vibrated out. I go slower feed with high spin. Cover more area and don’t over use product. With salt you don’t want to feed heavy or parking lots will get a white shade all over when dry and causes corrosion
