If one is close enough to the radiation radius one is so close to the fireball that there is no way one would survive anyway. So no, people that survive the heat and shockwave would not ‘be hit by bursts of radiation’. In any case there are not any multiple bursts of radiation. Radiation is released once, in the instant of the detonation only. The image of the bomb in this video dropped on London, shows a Nukemap photo of Leeds anyway. So even the imagery in the video doesn’t match the description. Guys, have a look at Nukemap yourself and if you are going to make these videos at least use the actual data from Nukemap correctly.
