It may seem to many as unreasonably priced, some view it as unreasonably low priced for the quality of infrastructure, lifestyle and safety compared to the rest of the world. This particular project which is fully sold out had units of 1 bed selling in the 4 M range and came in at 4000AED per sqft as opposed to others priced at 6-8000 on the palm. Mukesh Anbani a famous Indian businessman has recently purchased a 600M property on the Palm. Therefore we can see that there are buyers for different types of properties. With the UAE having had the biggest influx of millionaires in the world 🌎, there’s a need and no better place then Dubai for these types of properties.
