Suggestions for some refinements to this design as I have made similar bags.. Before adding the back of the bag add stitched cutting lines for the corners, saves using the ruler. If you are going to leave the corners open why not turn the bag through one of the corners instead of leaving a gap in the side. To make the bag stand up well, use French seams on the corners, saves trying to fit bias tape to the seams. Sew the seams with the bag right side out, trim, turn and then sew the final seams to neaten the raw edges.

More direction as to which way your fabric should face in the hoop.

can I use vinyl for some of the wallet?

I love this but I am trying to understand. Is your mermaid fabric knit and have you put an iron on interfacing on it? Then is your lining woven? Did you already fold over the top 1st piece and do they meet in the center of zipper teeth? I don't get on social media like FB, I do have an acct with you on the website. If purchased are these instructions on a pdf that you haven't shown us in this video--you mentioned a 'hack' at the beginning so that is why I am questioning fabric folds etc.

You're instructions are frustrating. You don't tell us where to put the magnetic snap ( how far down/in) on the main wallet piece. You dont say how to put the front piece on(fold at the top), you don't say where/how far up to put the inside front lining. It's taken me hours to do this wallet because I had to seam rip and re-stitch a few steps. I like your ideas, but your instructions are unclear and I'm not new to machine embroidery.

Could I make a suggestion that when you are talking about the outside fabric you say outside and not lining? I find it really confusing when you call it inside lining and outside lining...
