Part 6: Racking from the top using CO2 pressure to start siphon
I use my racking cane and dual port cap to push cider up and out to start the siphon to my pump or blending tank. This is largely unedited, so you get 12 minutes of the real process. No doubt that it'll be faster next time. CAUTION: Do not apply a lot of pressure fast. There is a risk of damaging your IBC and personal injury.

IBC lids deserve a video of their own. I replaced my single port lids with lids that have TWO bungs. This offers me some advantages with minimal fuss. I also have a bung wrench for loosening and tightening the bungs. Lids are a detail that deserve your attention. I got my replacement lids from Amazon.

    Hi, Do you know why your CZcams channel video views are not increasing? And do not reach people? The reasons I have found are: 1. Not using the correct video title 2. Do not use meta tags & description 3. Your videos are not SEO properly 4. Your video is not reaching the right people 5. Not using video hashtags properly 6. Not sharing the video on social media Some videos have good SEO quality, but most have very normal SEO quality. It is possible to make videos viral if video SEO is done properly.All video content and thumbnails are awesome. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have. I will cooperate with you in all kinds. I am waiting for your reply,,,,,

      There is a valve on the volute (nozzle) that control the fluid flow. Increasing the flow changes the discharge from a mist to a fog. It's really semantics at best.

    I was looking for a way to add a bypass to my new Delavan 2GPM pump because it cycles like a machine gun. Man I got so excited watching your video that the second I saw you adding a bypass to your drain that I stopped watching and started piecing everything together. Running to the hardware store, back a forth to my shop. Then after a few hours and finally trying it out with great expectations what i got was my cycling problem solved but at the sacrifice of about 1GPM and a pump that doesn’t shut off while resting because it’s constantly feeding the tank with the bypass. I only used a two way hose Y not a regulator though. , Any thoughts. Thanks

    • @Neighbour_Al
      @Neighbour_Al Před 2 měsíci

      I can't think of a solution for you. A bypass regulator is going to make your pump run continuously AND use some of the flow for it's operation. In a home you would have a volume tank to absorb some of the volume to give you steady pressure, but I can't think of an economical way for you to do this with a small sprayer. Sorry.
