I have nearly aame specs but with 16 gb ram and i5 3470. But sometimes usually in cities the system unable to keep up the car stops abruptly and game shows low streaming bandwith. Anyone knows the solution?

I have a gtx 950, i5-11500, and 16gb of ram. the gpu really bottlenecks the system and I cant play games that good. I think a rtx 3060 will be good. but I want a new console for gta 6 since its comeing out soon and I cant afford both. plus I just spent a lot on a new phone.

There's about a 12% CPU bottleneck with that GPU and CPU combo so expect a little bit more performance if you get a CPU that doesn't bottleneck

i have a 1660 super too but it is dropping frame in almost all the games i payed, i was 30 fps when i was with trees in gta v , and it also drops frames in little nightmares, why? all the games are cracked from Dodi repack
