Great test. thank you for doing this! I have started a new project and we are on a tight budget, but I need to figure something out for monitors, and was considering going this route. The comparison was very helpful. I also noticed the noise that comes in later during the Sarah Mclachlan song, but I wonder if it was always present but just not as noticeable in the other heavier mixes. Noise is not uncommon in UHF wireless units. At least the noise didn't seem too offensive. And IEM's typically do sound compressed compared to a straight recording, because I believe that is how they get a consistent signal to the receiver. They compress the signal before it is sent out. Maybe I'm making that up. But I don't believe they would be able to send the full, uncompressed frequency spectrum over the air without losing some quality. The receiver also has a high boost, which could help the Anelon signal sound a bit more like the original recording. A bit clearer and brighter, at least. I don't know if this video helped me or not, lol. In some ways it confirms that it is great, but in others not so much. I'm debating between this and going hardwired, since I don't have a wireless for my bass anyway. But it's hard to argue with the price and convenience of this unit.

Nice test. It seems to lose something in treble and some compressed like my S2. I have seen that you have to lower the audio level on the transmitter to get the best sound. Decrease sensitivity. What happened at minute 4:36? noise entered same at the end. Thanks for sharing
