Welcome to SoTheAdventure, where I share my journey with horses. After deciding to step away from riding, I began caring for the horses at the farm-handling, grooming, feeding, exercise, and turnout. This new path introduced me to the world of farm life and interacting with various horses, which has been both very exciting and educational. I'm still learning and growing every day! Recently, I became the proud owner of Duchess, an older mare known for her gentle nature. She lives outside 24/7 at the farm, sharing a paddock with a companion and having access to a sheltered shed. My focus remains on providing the best care for Duchess and continuing to expand my knowledge of horse care and behavior.
