Thanks for the video. I pried mine open with a knife then realized it was the wrong compartment. It was destroyed. I tried to fix it but it was too damaged. I drove back to staples and threw it like a fastball at the front doors while screaming "eff you chinese infiltrators, fix your GD bullshxx" They called the police. I am now officially tresspassed from Staples. I thought it was a fair response. The police did not understand AT ALL, however Staples is now aware of the issue. You are truly helping people.

What throws you is there's a little battery icon with an arrow - but it points to the wrong place...it should be on the cover pointing to where you pull it up. Thanks for the vid!
