I'm sorry I couldn't find your language. The stitch is called an "overstitch" or a "whipstitch" hopefully you can translate this or read English hope this helped

Usually you use an airbrush to shade/darken some areas I used eyeshadow and it looks like she used some kind of pastel or eyeshadow not completely sure hope this helped!
