I might have this, or NF1. I have it in my left hip, it’s definitely affected my balance, among other things. Such a joy to live with

How often should i be doing this? I don't want to overdo it...but i want to do as much as i can so i can feel better soon. Is once daily enough? Twice?

I am a 73 year young female. I've been hearing impaired for most of my adult life. After much consideration, it was determined that I qualified for a cochlear implant. I will throw up. Also my symptoms won’t disappear in those 30 seconds. They last for hours.

This is interesting. As a long term tinnitus 'sufferer' I know that anxiety and depression certainly play a part in how we react to the 'noise'. Even after all these years, I am still not sure whether the tinnitus makes me anxious/depressed or the other way round. One day we will get to the root of all this.

I notice my tinnitus is worse when I'm not eating well. I feel like it's caused by insulin resistance. It's much worse after eating something with sugar or simple starch. And mine improves if I'm eating better, more protein, veggies and fruit. And mine gets worse if I'm depressed or anxious, not the other way around. It's definitely a measurement of my health and mental state

I did left side epley maneuver I got dizzy on right side not left side.😢

I found a medication from my GP to calm down really helps . My symptoms were increased recently due to high stress and anxiety inc higher blood pressure recently diagnosed prior to that I rarely noticed this frustrating ringing in ears condition. Thank god for a peaceful night sleep..
