This is not clear instruction , you said go to event viewer check for error critical and warning after filter we see some below about the error, now u said open cmd you said type c drive windows system32 drivers and then where did you get the flt something you did not give us clear steps to fix it and where to find it

sorry not clear. first step "right click" so fast - had to replay twice . right click here no "monitor" button. try to go through settings. still no good.

This is a "snap" tool not virtual desktop to be clear. You cannot go full screen on a browser in any of these windows.

What happens if you share your screen, for example on an MS Teams call? Does it share your whole screen or do you pick the section you want to share?
