Who ever has subtitled this video of Pope Francis does not know the Italian language. Pope Francis is not saying anything like what has been subtitled. You Tube should take this video down immediately! The person who has put it up is somebody who obviously doesn't like the Catholic Church. I find it offensive being R.C and of Italian heritage. The translation is offence to Pope Francis. All religions have there faults and have had bad people leading them throughout history. God will punish those bad Popes and priest who have brought our church into disrepute. God bless our wonderful Pope!

He is speaking Italian, however, the translation is maliciously false. The subtitles don't match what he's talking about. I firmly believe in biblical prophecies and how this power is described in Revelation, but it is shameful that someone publishes a video with a wrong translation. If someone later shares it and someone who studies it realizes the wrong translation, they will no longer trust what we share. I have seen other videos of this type from the Russian with messages that do not correspond to what he is saying. Let's be careful. The word "anti" in antichrist does not mean someone who is going to be openly anti (against) Christ. That word "anti" in the original Bible language can actually mean "IN PLACE OF". So could the bible antichrist be someone who has actually put himself "in place of" Christ? Well, we have further Bible evidence to support this. In 1 John 2:18-19 it says that there were "many antichrists", who "WENT OUT FROM THE CHURCH". In other words, John is pointing to the fact that those "antichrists" were WITHIN THE CHURCH!! Not only that, but Paul in 2 Thess. 2:3-4 calls the man of sin the "son of perdition". Now there is only one other place in the Bible where the name "son of perdition" is used, and that is in John 17:12 talking about JUDAS! And what was Judas? A professing follower of Christ Jesus. Someone who deceived from WITHIN the "church". "The leader of the Catholic church is defined by the faith as the Vicar of Jesus Christ (and is accepted as such by believers). The Pope is considered the man on earth who TAKES THE PLACE of the Second Person of the omnipotent God of the Trinity." (John Paul II, Crossing the Threshold of Hope, p. 3, 1994). "ANTI" - Christ = "IN PLACE OF" Christ!

As a 7th Day Adventist, I discouraged this kind of subtitles or voice overs. That subtitles serves better as a means of interpretation of what the RC Chief Bishop is up to. Remember, it's about the Papacy system, and not only one individual Pope. Although the subtitles is a mistranslation, it is in a different context true. You will open yourself up for crimen injuria charges. The original speech of the Pope can retrieved digitally, and compared with the subtitles.
