In June 2023 Max Elkington and a crew of the top surfers from Cape Town made a strike mission to Skeleton Bay and scored the best waves the coastline has seen in years.

Im so happy there is still a wave there like the fisherman talked about in endless summer, since cape saint francis got messed up, they said there were huge barreling waves that went for miles and here they are
