Brilliant demonstration but I am very concerned to hear that the Ansys built in fatigue tool is not accurate for biaxial cases (and hence the majority of real-world problems). You say that the predictions should at least be conservative but still I am not filled with confidence! Could you explain a bit more about why it is not accurate please? Is it the implemented mean stress correction theories that are not valid for biaxial stress states?

There is no need at all to import the full impeller to WB! Just a sector that includes one large and small blades, then use periodic boundary conditions!

I am trying to create a 3D wave model. I followed your tutorial in Fluent 2022 R2, however, it will not read the profile data. In the command window, it says Reading "F:/New folder/wave.ttab"... Reading transient profile file... It does not go any further. It does not read the variables. Any suggestions? Thanks!

30:30 shouldn't you also import the simulated displacement for the three screws? You only selected three surfaces as boundary for the displacement to import. With the additional surfaces for screws it should be 6 surfaces to select for the boundary.
