Yeah, that seem wright. 2 attack then dash that way your blades will have the shadow imbuement on them. But the build im explaining doesnt use shadow imbuement, like i said in the previous comment its just a random gameplay i used. But feel free to experiment and let me know what works best for you. ;)

This is a lvling guide to 50, but as always it depends on some factors. Like the level and gear of the character, mechanics, resistances and etc. But with the right investments any build should be able to do it.

I just mentioned dash and say that this guide favors shadow step as our preferred mobility skill, if you pay attention where i explain allocating the skill points i does not say that you should put points in dash. In the video you see that it has 2 mobility skill, don't go by that it is a random gameplay i used to create the guide. I apologize if it got you confused.

The reason for investing only one point into Lunging Strike, even at later levels, is to primarily utilize its mobility rather than its damage potential. Lunging Strike allows you to quickly close the gap between you and enemies, positioning yourself more efficiently for Whirlwind to hit multiple targets. It provides mobility and helps with crowd control, especially during leveling and clearing packs of monsters.

I understand your frustration with running out of energy, try to invest in energy regeneration gear and items, look for skills or talents that can restore energy, prioritize talents or nodes that improve energy efficiency, try to time your shots more strategically. Don't compare your build to the one in the video, the build in the video is lvl-77 it has way more gear and skills that improve the energy restoration.

I did arc league starter and swapped to this but I am using the annihilating light quarterstaff instead, I swapped the amulet for voice of the storm too and the unique gloves for a rare one with eldtrich implicts so I could drop wave of conviction setup for a portal cast on death + normal portal gem

I also follow build guides with couple of my changes in them since you can't get the exact same build. Making the changes like you said i don't know how you get your resis caped since the staff is reducing your resis and amulet also has none. So if i can help you it will be my pleasure, just tell me what problem you have?
