How do you get away with riding on the roads? I've taken mine out on the roads in Salt Lake twice and been pulled over both times for not having it licensed and registered.
That sucks! I did get pulled over in SLC once when I first got my Surron. Other than that cops are cool where I live. Sometimes they actually wave lol. I keep it on sidewalks as much as I can even though I know they technically are not allowed there either but they seem to care less. We should ride sometime!

what are you running for power (controller, upgraded battery, motor, etc). I just bought the Torp 500 for my Light Bee. I did the 58 tooth sprocket as well.
Still running stock motor and stock battery but it’s bypassed. KO Moto Pro controller tuned to 8kW. Anything more than that and I’m afraid I’m going to fry my battery. I really hope to get a new one this year but damn they are a lot of money lol. What kind of power are you getting? 58 tooth sprocket and a small tune and our bikes are like little piss missiles 😂
@@YesSur801 I haven't installed the Torp 500 yet, patiently waiting on it's arrival. I want to do the 58 tooth sprocket, roller chain, primary chain drive, and eventually an upgraded battery (but yeah, just like you said, those damn things are expensive). I need to get different tires on it, I am running the stock ones still.

Nice man! I bought my fast aces tuned from Luna. Changing out the seals and oil to stronger/ thicker solves the issues with these forks. If you’re worried abt the seals blowing, it is easy to upgrade the seals at home or at the shop like you were talking about.
I appreciate it! So far so good. They have quite a few miles and some big hits but I’m loving them! Best upgrade on the bike by far.

How dare you! 🤣 I love the Grom but I live 10 mi from the closest town and need them to cruise at least 55mph. The one I rode was lucky to break 50 with my 300 lbs on it. I saw one with a 19 HP 190cc swop that was perfect.
They definitely need some mods to get up to safe operating speeds with other cars lol. More Grom content coming. Blue is going away and it’s getting wrapped plus a few other parts. Big stuff in the future.

I have the GoPro 10 and I film in 4K | 30 | W. I generally upload in 1080 and keep resolution and fps fairly low to reduce upload times.

Cool stuff, I personally would have went for a Honda Navi, even though it's a bit slower I wouldn't need a motorcycle license and personally speed has never been a thing because I always am afraid of hitting pavement at over 50mph.
My boss bought a Navi a couple days before we bought Groms. It is pretty damn cool and has a storage compartment but I like the more sporty look to the Grom.

Only concern I have about these small bikes is that two guys can pick it up and put it on the back of their truck...... I always get nervous when I park mine in a public parking lot.
It’s always a legitimate concern to me believe me. I keep my stuff locked up tight and rarely take my eyes off my bike. I’m in Durango CO today staying in a hotel for work and they let us park my Surron and the Groms in the conference room downstairs lol
GPS tracking alarms that sends a notice to your cell phone are pretty cheap.

That nomad is cool you ever see a nomad they police the bikers they aren't tied to a chapter they're free to ride and the toughest untouchable people I know rememeber cashing one out that was in my town to do a hit on my buddy put out years ago they hashed it out thankfully because years passed but when I saw the guy on a whole unrelated day the hairs on my neck stood I just froze and he saw it too the moment I read nomad

Your Surron build is crazy looking, but you can't go wrong with a Grom! It is as they say; it's no fun to ride a fast bike slow, but it's a grand ol' time riding a slow bike fast! Ride safe and enjoy the bike!
I’m gonna do a short video soon with everything I replaced on my Surron. I let a friend ride it and he looped it out 😂 so I took some time and got her right again. I appreciate the support bro!
My milk racing wheels are finally about to ship after 5 months of waiting. -.- Can't wait to hit some damn trails once they're on. Shinkos are okay but I need those knobs
That’s a long time to have to wait for wheels I bet you are dying 😂. If you like trails you can’t go wrong with the Dunlop MX34. The front is lighter than most other comparable tires. Just know that the rear tire will need some shaving of the knobs unless you put in wheel spacers.
