Great video, do you mind explaining the two taper ideas? does it mean with the one you used there are more "in between" spaces to go to on the vol/eq/sustain? thanks!
It only applies to the volume knob, the taper on the other knobs is the same. All it means is that on the volume, the sweep is a little different but the volume on tap is identical. its a pretty wide sweep regardless of the taper so there's not really any difference as far as finding in-between volumes for all practical purposes. thx!

No. This doesn't change the pedal's sound. Just the behavior of the volume knob and how even the taper is as you turn it up.
Love my big enclosure 78 & my small foot Caprid! Hopefully you'll have a spring sale & I can buy 2 pedals instead of 1.

i love this demo, but have you guys delt with the low end problem of normal rams heads. im considering buying this to replace my Vick audio 73 rams head because im disapointed with its low end and how it doesnt stand out even when i have the mids switch on boosted. i may buy this to replace the 73 rams head and stick the caprid with a mids switch (for personal reasons)

Oh I'm sure he knew where the pedal went...He could likely piece together who had been in his office between when the Muff was there and then wasn't. I'm sure he was also aware of Claudio's proclivity for electric guitars..😉

Why didn’t you make it a stomp switch for the bypass. That my only gripe with this pedal.
Look at a mojo hand fx 1979. It has that option. But this is probably one of the best big box modern representations of the op-amp muffs. Both great pedals

It's really difficult to know what a pedal sounds like without hearing a clean tone to compare to. I have no idea how much gain the amp had on it that was coloring the sound.
Considering the amount of gain on both sides of the pedal I'd imagine the amp was fairly clean....
It’s a twin reverb on the vibrato channel. So it’s a very clean amp with a lot of head room.
@@gorlagOv still would be nice to hear it, even for 5 seconds, so the viewer can make an immediate comparison. It's the golden rule of pedal demos- must include the clean tone as a reference!
