Great info!!!.. BUT you forgot Estrogen for women.. especially mature aging women..Graphs show a >>'direct correlation' between estrogen decline and collagen decline!!! This was a good video. Info well presented. Retinol all over, vitamin C, reduced alcohol, immediate post shower moisturizing, high quality sleep, SPF/covering and collagen will all help the appearance of skin that's aged. Also some of these things will help prevent skin cancer and scarring.

Reduce or eliminate alcohol... oh shine a SPOTLIGHT on this. Alcohol is trash for your sleep/skin/wallet and empty calories. I just don't get the fascination.
