Hey 7, looking good!
That looks really uncomfortable! Have you always got that many flies where you are or does something like the rain / humidity bring them out? Thanks for sharing
👍👍👍
I always used Duracell batteries they last a long time and never had a problem even in cold weather
I move my cameras from the mountains in the summer to the farm in fall and spring and out on the desert for the dead of winter
Momma what keeps buzzing around my radars.
Not sure if you are speaking loud or the audio is just too loud
Have you tested it in below zero temperature with snow
I have a spy point. Hate that thing. Not going to subscribe to that service again.
A busy spot, awesome trailcam captures 👍🏻
First animal, possum ?
Great project, that bobcat shovel sure was the smart way to dig. Looking forward to seeing that trailcam footage 👍🏻
Great tips, Dave. You are the trail cam sensei.
Great tips. I wont use SD cards from other exact same cameras. I have 2 SD cards for each camera, camera and SD card are both marked to keep straight. But i rarely pull SD cards anymore,im going all solar wifi cams. No batteries. And no need to pull SD card. Load photos from camera straight to phone. For me its just as quick and easier. All great tips that i agree with. The best way to store your cameras,is strPped to a tree
He knows the huntingfarmer is near 😮
Nice to see it showing off its antlers! Great footage, thanks for sharing
Great tips!! I honestly have pulled many cards before turning off and I will watch that now. Thank you!!
I am using a 59GB memory micro card and I have used up 5,7GB so far. I wanted to down-load the photos and videos sent to my phone when I open the app but, I find no way of downloading the current videos/photos that I can see on my phone to my phone. I cannot believe that when I watch a video or look at a photo on my phone app, that I cannot save to my phone let-a-lone share a photo or video in phone messaging like I can with my RIOLINK PRO. I thought if I tap on the photo, it would give me an option of what to do with it, but, nothing happens. Will I have to wait until I bring down the camera from my other property and bring it home to take the micro CARD out to record the card on my laptop card reader?? THIS is the ONLY negative I have for this camera. Thanks for reading this.
Lots of good information i didnt know some of this. Worst rookie mistake ive ever made is forgetting to turn the camera on lol 👍👍👍
Absolutely gorgeous. Maybe give him a little time to spread those genes.
Great advice, thanks. I think we have learned the hard way on at least a couple of those
Does it show how many pictures it took
Man does he have some nice trash at the bottom!! Hopefully it will stay through his rubbing season so you can get a chance at him!
Pretty boy
Check out his back legs ?
Nice,at least he waved bye-bye
I had 2 other Moultree regular cams right out of the box do that , take nonstop pictures until the batteries died , I guess its a problem .....
Do not set up your camera in direct sunlight if possible. The sun will destroy the camera, mainly the PIR lens cover in no time. I have also had birds peck out the PIR. Any cameras that stop working, I will save for parts. I have sent cameras in to the manufacturer that were past the one year warranty for repair only to have them say it is unrepairable then try to sell me a discounted new one. I had them send them back to me and managed to combine parts to get some running again.
app will not download
Thank you for sharing this awesome advice my friend!
Aww they are so sweet! Cool footage, thanks for sharing
These are excellent tips Dave. I've learned most of these by trial and error. They should put these tips right in the instruction manual.
Awesome tips, Dave!! I actually seen the issue with the SD card from one camera going into another camera without being formatted first. The battery tips is spot on!!! Thanks for sharing these tips.
best review ive ever seen thank you
@@dgarber_24 I appreciate the encouragement. Thanks for watching 👍
Good tips. Back to the sd cards, it's a good idea to have dedicated cards for each camera. Have at least 2 for each if you swap them out. I number each of my cameras and also the cards I use in them so there's no chance of corruption from a different camera model.
Great tips Dave, another one is to double check that you turned it back to the on position before walking away, lol I just checked one of my cameras after not checking on it for 7 months, just to find out i didnt turn it on when i set it up, DOH!
Great info ! Hence the saying never to old or to smart to learn something !
I think I've made just about every. One of those listings lol
You and me both 😁
All great tips. My SOP is that I have about 10 to 12 cameras and am running anywhere from 7 to 9 at any one time. The remaining cameras are "sitting the bench" -- uploaded with batteries and SD cards that have already been downloaded and checked with current date and time stamp and all set to go. That way when I go out to retrieve a camera, I simply pull it down off my Stealthcam mount and replace it entirely with one of my bench reserve cameras, and I bring it back inside to download the SD card and check it over including the SD card and batteries or even clean the lens. That method prevents me from having a senior moment with the SD card or missing something else. It's also hard for me to read up close now and I don't bring reading glasses out with me so it's hard to see that battery status symbol especially if sunlight is shining on it or if I am being stealthy and don't want to give away my camera position to my neighbors who these cameras are intended to catch trespassing. And it gives me a reserve of a couple cameras if I feel the need to put another one out somewhere that I don't usually have one. I figure if you can afford a few trail cams, you can afford a couple more.
I appreciate you sharing your procedure 👍
Would storing your camera help to reset them for next season if you had sd card false reading
That’s a good question
Good tips, Dave. I've accidentally left batteries in a camera that I thought was empty. I've also made the mistake of mixing slightly used batteries with new batteries. 😩
We’ve all been there 😁
Many thanks. Appreciate the experience and advice. Extremely helpful. Lord bless.
Thanks for watching 👍
Great tips Dave! You have a lot of trail cameras - wow!! I have been guilty of a couple of the - do not do but learned my lesson!
Thanks Dave👍
Great tips Dave. I have learned the hard way to always remove old batteries from the electronics I don’t use in the off season
Thanks for watching Jason 👍
Great tips... I've definitely made those mistakes before. One of the things I like about cellular cameras is that when you walk away usually you know everything is working. I feel like I'm always gambling with noncellular cameras. So I'm always being extra careful with them. The batteries left in the camera is a new one for me and going to make sure I don't so that in the future.
Thanks for watching Phil 👍
Yes, I'm guilty of two of them. Thanks for the info.
Haha no shame in admitting it 😁👍
Hi,what's your opinion with rechargeable batteries.
I’ve had good experiences with lithium rechargeable batteries. I have not had that same experience with NiMH batteries
