A good idea to use cups instead of moulds, very resourceful. And also wicking the candles through at the end. Many good methods...thank you for this informative video. 😊

Did you add water to the gel wax? This looks like a good idea for my project, but I went out of my way to get everything to make a safe gel wax candle, zinc core wicks, and gel compatible fragrance. In your opinion, do you think i should try your method anyway? And just have a short candle with gel underneath. Im trying the safest option. This is my first time making a gel wax candle. If I add scent to the soy wax, should i use the gel compatable fragrance? Thank you!
