What boat and motor are you running.?
It's a friend's boat, but a Jetcraft (unsure of length) with a 50hp Honda outboard.
@@ryanjohnson1131 Thanks man. I realize that it won’t set any speed records, but the little 50 seems to push it well enough to get the job done. The boat I’m looking at is an 1860 which runs best with a 140. I’d have to handicap it a bunch (and spend big to put a 50 on it just so I could run the rest of the river…I’m not sure yet how to approach that.
Damn!! A traffic light on the Parks Highway? I lived in North Pole, Alaska in the early to late 90's and I've been back to the state many times since. Either my memory isn't what it should be or that light near Denali National Park is new? LOL
How do you feel about doing this job with engine in the car vs engine out?
I didn't have any other options really. I wish I had a bigger garage and a lift/hoist. With the front end up on ramps it was fairly easy to work on. The only additional step that I had to do was disconnecting the motor mounts and lifting the engine a little to remove/install the heads.

How do the two tyres equalise if the ends are closed valve?
Closed valves are shut until they are clamped onto the valve stem. Once both are clamped on they equalize. I've since made a second shorter one strictly for my ATV. They work great! The closed valves make sure air isn't leaking out while you connect the second one.
