What a band... all killer players. I came in for some Pops on the bass, but they all smoked it.
Robert popwel bass
Legendary Crusaders Awesome! 🎶👍
I remember being at the concert in Medicine Hat, AB Canada in March 2002.
To God be the glory BOOM!!
This band changed Christian music. I remember the music from the 80s. It was kinda old fashion. The cutting edge double album came out then it all changed. Great band. Still listen to their music.
Wonderful era. They dont play like that today. Emotion and technical
This song lifts my spirit ! It makes me so happy I could burst with joy ! ❤
♥️🙏🎶☺️
I heard them my all childhood
Still one of my all time favourite albums " Those southern Knights " Saw them live in Birmingham England 1979 no Larry Carlton then. Fantastic band .
Just stumbled upon the video - one of the greatest bassists of all time. Rest in peace, daddy.
Love Phil's version of this song!
Why the drummer isn't Stew Smith?
Stew Smith left the band in March of 2008 to spend time with his family and pursue his design business. He was replaced by Paul Evans. If you watch the whole video they bring out Stew Smith so they can all be together this one last time.
@@arizjones i’m watching. The quality of the drummer isn’t the same. Thanks for the aswer.

❤❤ gloire à Dieu et à Jésus Christ de Nazareth ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

3:40 Pops Popplewell bass solo!! Game over 🎸🔥🔥🔥
💝🙌✝️
U2 of CCM
This performance is one of the reasons I wish there were a time machine.
I saw Joe Sample live, without the crusaders - life long regret I never saw them live all together.
I love jazz so much. Sometimes, I literally cry because I wish I was born in their era. The era from 1949 to 1967, which I consider, is the absolute best era in jazz. I'm about to cry now 😢.
❤❤❤
Pop Popwell played a million notes in just one song.. Unbelievable
My favourite Gospel Band Amazing
Yes my favorite too. I made a Blog about them called the Delirious Zone. It is about all things Delirious. I don't maintain it anymore but it had bootleg recordings you could download and some videos. You should check it out.
❤❤❤❤
This is one of those albums that made us go crazy. We would sit around braging about who was the best musician in the band. For me, it was Sticks, I was so stuck on Sticks, his drum play was crazy. I can still hear my mother saying, "Turn That Shit Down." The 70s is, without a doubt, the absolute greatest period of music hands down. In any genre! PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sticks has been the biggest influence in how I play.
Demasiada calidad! =S Verlos en el Farewell Tour en México fue lo mejor!!
We´ll see broken hearts making history! 🔥
Should have given Robert pops Some more he was just getting started.

Crusaders, the OGS
Good old times with the CRUSADERS. ..
Fantastic. Thank you
A masterpiece from Master Performers! Each musician is a virtuoso in their own right and to bring them all together on this song, wow!!! This is a classic!
Saudações do Brasil com muito respeito sempre serão lembrados
Sempre ❤
A true supergroup I miss those guys
The music lives on
Bunch of hypocrites. The church where they spawned from in littlehampton does not like those with schizophrenia. Apparently your cursed. Up Yours.

Siempre es una gozada escuchar esta canción!
I wish we still had this band, they are very amazing, real God’s children, I miss them
La mejor banda de rock con mensaje bíblico de toda la historia
このベースどうやって弾くの?🎉
CORRECTION: Hard Times was written by my father Paul F. Mitchell! NOT David "Fathead" Newman. Thank You
I didn't know that! Anyway both songs are so nice!
Wow, this is my most favorite score, I listen to all cover of this but Fathead and The crusader re my favorite. Your father is excellent, and he wrote many more music score correct?
We want them back!
La música gospel, que siempre se recordará....excelente banda...Dios los siga bendiciendo

I had an old 62 Ford fair lane in high school w 8 track of this and dad would take my car to store for who knows why. and I would get back in and this would be blasting. Habahahaha
That is so great. Music has a way of being tied to our memories of the past that we cherish. The Crusaders have been the sound track of my life since the early 1970s. Their music has a feel, that puts you in a laid back good mood. I'm glad you liked the video.
I saw them at the Clapham Grand early 2000, it was an amazing show!!
My favorite band of all time!
Yea, they were great. Check out the blog I made to honor them. Search for Delirious zone, blogspot.
Uma perfomace memorável, deixou saudade!
Love the Joe Sample solo. Fantastic!!
I was there. Good times.
