Hi i have IC snack that i eat are Haagen dazs Vanilla ice cream has very simple ingredients, i but popcorn kernels and pop my own popcorn add a little unslatrd butter and a little sea salt, shortbread butter cookies that come in tins i find ones with few ingredients. Kroger brand lightly salted potato chips and corn chips have less sodium than lays and Fritos lightly salted. Nature valley almond butter or coconut butter biscuits i eat, frozen blueberries make a great sorbet add honey and blend. Thanks for sharing the video! Always looking for new snacks and you showed a lot i haven’t tried.
