The left hand G keys were an unbelievably stupid design decision. Software developers and Gamers are the primary target audience and the left hand G keys make it unusable.

Were you ever able to remove the blue staining on the seat with a magic eraser? That can usually remove most marks on things. Did the discolouration increase with further use?

1- Linear is much much quieter than Tactile 2- Not all but most ppl prefer mechanical for Typing specially over Membering 3- if you cant understand the Quality of Logitech over that piece of plastic you compared it to thats end of the video for me

Nice Review. I've also lot of Keyboards in my Shelf . One of the best i've ever used (Office) is the Cherry Cymotion Pro. It's wireless and have programmable Keys, and that is important for me, because on few keys i put passwords for easy use at daily use websides with login. But also i use the Keyboard in the evening at my Multimedia PC and so i'm looking for a Keyboard with backlight and decide to buy ...... the MX Keys..... or ??? G915 .... now i use the MX-Keys, but if the Keyboard go into sleepmode, it takes time to wake up and the programmed Keys are working not so well (first Keystroke the use the Factory Setting and after this they do wat you programmed). And from time to time the backlight auto-turn off dosent working properly (Backlight turn on and off every 20sec.).... but this is possible to fix, if you turn off and again turn on the keyboard must cover the daylightsensor for few seconds that is hide into the PowerLED. But, maybe i buy a G915 ....... tho only thing anoying me, is it good to read the letter on the keycaps if the backlight is turn of ? it seems the letter are not so readable like the letter on the MX-Keys. Maybe is better to buy the G915(TKL) in the white version.

Barrier app is better using keyboard with multiple laptops. Its free and allows you to move your mouse over from one laptop to the next. Or pc to the other pc. tactile is in between linear and clicky switches. With tactile switches their is a responsive bump that you feel when you click, which makes a sound.. Linear switches are the quietest and fastest, since they don't have a tactile bump which makes sound. the sound causes kinetic energy from the press to be lost. So it means that more force is required to press the button. thats why linear is the fastest. So, they will feel more responsive, since they require less actuation force. At least if you are comparing linear, tactile and clicky of the same keyboard. Obviously, it's possible that a different brand might have linear switches that require more actuation force than one brands tactile switches. The clicky switches are the loudest.

I have this set and I've done testing of the mic. Mine isn't working properly. Can someone explain what I may be doing incorrectly?

I've owned mine for the last 3-4 years. I rarely raise mine up but am considering upgrading to an electronic desk but it's a tough call since this desk is almost good enough. All of these 2 leg designs, even the much more premium electronic desks suffer from wobbling/shaking at height. I would even say this Ikea might be more stable than some of the competition. One small thing I think that could be improved is the lowest height setting. I wish it could go down a couple more inches at the minimum height setting. This would be beneficial to shorter users looking to dial in an ergonomic sitting position without the use of a foot rest.

You"re not a gamer so you will never understand the G915 which is one of it's sole purpose for.

This product is my worst tech purchase in decades. Saw all the reviews, checked it in the store. Why its crap? 1. You can't see the secondary signs like the question mark, as they are not lit and in a dark grey color. How can you even design a keyboard like that? And it's not from some back alley Chinese shed. It's Logitech! 2. They keys don't feel mechanical at all. I got the brown keys. The keys feels cheap and mushy and not at all like a good mechanichal keyboard. I come from a Corsair top keyboard. 3. In use it's too wide as mentioned in the video. 4. The software ir rather confusing to use. I cannot believe that none of the youtube reviewers mentioned the huge disadvantages about the secondary keys and how the feel of using it is.

you bought wrong keyboard for your needs...from what i see you need to go with mx mechanical if you like mechanical typing...but i think youll finnally pick mx keys.. g915 is a gaming keyboard

I love my G915 TKL! I use it mainly for gaming and sometimes for work, although for work would have been better if i bought G915 because then having that numpad is timesaver. Nonetheless, I had 915TKL for over a year now and have no problems, great keys and looong battery life.
