I know an entire family that got screwed out of $2300 worth of tickets because a grandparent in another state died and he wouldn’t let them transfer or sell the tickets they had bought. This was a nice gesture in this clip but the guy is a massive sellout to ticketmaster and that’s just the simple truth.

Sounds like he wants to make people happy, but at the same time getting defensive about his ticket prices. I know he could do these shows cheaper because I’ve been to these megastar concerts before where they get liquor sponsorships and other brands to help sponsor to offset ticket prices to $20-$100(depending on the seat). These companies then get to put branding and advertising everywhere and sell their products there. It’s not hard to get that to happen when you’re as big as he is. It just requires a little extra work not related to music specifically. ZB could definitely have his team figure it out if he wanted to.
